:::SERVICE TECHNICIAN:::

TLC is currently looking to expand our service tech department. Our successful service team are motivated, career oriented and self-directed individuals who thrive on quality work and excellent customer service.

The prime candidate for this service tech position will have a proven ability in basic maintenance, HVAC certifications (or willingness to obtain certification), and basic electrical knowledge. Under the direction of the Director of Property Services this position will be required to perform facilities maintenance, make readies, and repairs as needed.

This position requires one to be able to walk extensively, as well as drive to field locations. This position must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform similar activities in and around apartment communities.

Requirements: reliable truck and a willingness to use it; valid driver's license and current insurance; basic hand tools and willingness to use them; proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure; must be willing to work over-time on an on-call basis.
