Over the past 32 years, TLC Properties has always placed a priority on the well-being of our team members and residents. We have updated our operations since our last press release.

We have taken the following precautionary measures to reduce the risk of exposure in light of recent concerns regarding the COVID-19 threat.
  • Canceled community events and shuttle bus activities
  • Increased communication via email and social media
  • Increased cleaning and sanitation efforts throughout all common areas
  • Closed our offices to foot traffic through Sunday, April 27

  • Stay home if you are sick and avoid contact with others.
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and, mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your mouth/nose with a tissue or sleeve of your elbow when coughing or sneezing.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
We also strongly encourage you to practice social distancing, limit the number of visitors to your home and avoid meeting in groups of 10 or more.
