What is Good Neighbor Month?

Good Neighbor Month (GNM) is TLC Properties' annual community initiative inspired by Missouri Good Neighbor Week. Throughout September, we encourage acts of kindness, recognize outstanding neighbors, collect food for local food banks, and create opportunities for residents and businesses to strengthen the communities they share.

Why are we so passionate about it?

Good Neighbor Month reaches thousands of residents, prospective residents, team members, and community partners across TLC Properties' communities.
