|Recommended: NoI live at Veranda Vistas, and I was so happy with my experience when I first moved in. Maurie, the leasing agent, was so professional and such a pleasure to work with. The maintenance staff continues to be exceptional and eager to please, however the current manager seems to have no desire to listen to the concerns of the residents let alone act on anything that is brought to her attention. Veranda Vista is designed and advertised to be a 55 plus complex, but that certainly seems to have changed. They had so many children in the pool one day recently that they had to close the pool the next morning for a couple of hours to try to get the chemicals balanced back to the desired amount. I could go on as to how things have changed since Maurie left, but I will not. Bottom line my rating of this complex was a solid 5 on a rating of 1 to 5 when I first moved in, and my current rating has fallen to a 3. If you are looking for a complex that is truly 55 plus, then you should look elsewhere.

|Recommended: YesI moved in in February and would already 100 reccomend this to a friend. Dawn in the office is amazing and Ray is a great maintenance man. This place is great. Whitney and Josh are amazing as well.
|Recommended: YesInitial move in review — I'm enjoying living here. Management has made it easy to move in without complications. Communication with the manager is hassle free. Maintenance is on point with washer and dryer hookup. Any minor issues are addressed immediately. I definitely recommend this place.

|Recommended: YesSimple and Elegant Living — From the moment I met Aubrey and she introduced me to Oscar at Veranda Vista, I knew I'd found a welcoming and safe haven. Circumstances required me to relocate quickly and Veranda Vista afforded me a much needed place to make a new home and a new phase in life. Change is the one constant in our lives, and Veranda Vista lives up to its name affording a quiet stability for unlimited dreaming in the third stage of life. Residents are openly welcoming and respectfully friendly. The staff encourage a wide variety of community activities with many surprising benefits If you are looking for a place to downsize, and you meet the age requirement, the Vista may just be the place for you or a loved one.

|Recommended: YesThere's no place like home. — When you leave home from your family you feel like part of your life' is over. Well it is until you come to Veranda Vistas. Veranda Vistas is not the usual Independent Living Place you regularly think of. The residents treat you like family. We are a friendly Community, no time to be lonely, there is life' to be had here. There are activities galore, shopping trips, excursions to go on, games, swimming and all sorts of fun, fun, fun. Do you like to do picture puzzles Me too If something breaks in the apartment, maintenance fixes it. Need pictures put up, not a problem. Even pets are welcome. Guess all I can say is, When you decide to join us here, WELCOME HOME, NEIGHBOR.

|Recommended: YesBrands vista is a great place to live, friendly neighbors, lot of dogs but owners pick up after dogs. Great housekeeper and maintenance man who works hard and fast, willing to get it right. Also we have great pool maintenance, a great team to help us enjoy our stay. Our manager is the best at overseeing that everyone is cared for.

Maure is our manager, he works hard to help everyone enjoy living here. Jennie takes pride in her cleaning, she has made a difference since she started to work here. Then we have Ray, and he is Johnie on the spot to get things fixed. Everything in our apartment works great. Then we have Willie, who keeps our pool clean, Every morning he is out working to get ready for all of us to use it. As far as the resident they are so friendly, and we are right by the pool, they keep it quiet at night.
We are thankful to get to live here, they even have a bus to take us to the store 2 times a week. Also, take trips out of town. The ones who use this service are so kind to the bus driver.
Yes, you would love to live here Sure we had problems, but it get taken care of in a kind manner.

|Recommended: YesAs a new resident to Springfield and living in a 55 community, I must say living at Vista Verandas has been a wonderful experience these last six months. The social atmosphere here is the best No pressure to join in, but a warm welcome always present. Residents are interested in you, and I find them all very interesting The community is safe, clean and sends the message TLC Properties and their staff care about their residents. Proud to have family friends visit. When the Grands visit they think VV is right up there with the best hotels Sparkling pool, putting green, dog park and a gym all at our finger tips Thanks to each member of the staff for their strong work ethic and committment to our community.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Place To Live — Veranda Vista is generally a quiet, comfortable place to live. For an apartment complex, it is as quiet as can be expected and far more quiet than most. I found nothing but the best from the other folks living in the community. It is a wonderful dog community too
The owners and management were very good at quickly fixing anything that broke. But, like any good businesses, there were new features community members desired that were pushed back against by the owners. However, after listening to and considering community input, the owners and management came through with almost all of what was requested.
I would definitely recommend this community to anyone seeking a place to call home.

Of the many excellent amenities, the most important to me is the night-time security guard and his dog. I feel safe in the parking lot at night. It is a comfort to know he is checking the building doors, and is watching who is coming and going.
A very convenient amenity is the three times a week trash pickup from our individual apartments. This service is especially important for a 55 and over facility.
The building office and maintenance staff have been excellent. The TLC upper management have been open and responsive to resident suggestions.
